  • Electronic overload device that automatically protects the mechanical system from damages generated by oversized material or by excess in the bending speed.

  • Low maintenance. It is only required the periodical lubrication of the counterbending die.

  • Several models available, all with full PLC control. Different versions with automatic counterbending dies shaft (VDE and VDES models) or with manual displacement of the counterbending dies shaft (VDM and VDMS models).

  • QPT tables available in different lengths in order to control the exact distance between bends and its corresponding plane (0º-360º).

  • Original former and counterbending die setting system, that allows a quick change of tooling.
